The Role – Business Development Executive

  • “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations and other techniques)
  • Forecast sales, develop and execute on innovative sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Build productive long-lasting relationships in the broker community by identifying and evaluating customer needs through a thoughtfully customer-centric needs-analyses
  • Meet personal and team sales targets
  • Maintain and expand client database within assigned territoryTerritory

  • A hunter with a proven track record of new business sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in selling groups from 2-300 lives
  • Established relationships in the broker community
