Position Title:  Regional Sales Manager – Small Group

The Role – Business Development Executive

“Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations and other techniques)

Forecast sales, develop and execute on innovative sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness

Build productive long-lasting relationships in the broker community by identifying and evaluating customer needs through a thoughtfully customer-centric needs-analyses

Meet personal and team sales targets

Maintain and expand client database within assigned territory

Background Profile

A hunter with a proven track record of new business sales

Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

Experience in selling groups from 2-300 lives

Established relationships in the broker community

Conscientious and team oriented. Must be comfortable working with dynamic and diverse customers, and able to handle personalities and situations with a positive solutions-oriented mind set
